This website uses Google Analytics (a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to collect aggregated information about user behavior. Data are transmitted to and stored on Google servers, including servers located in the United States. Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymization enabled. Data collected through Google Analytics are not combined with other data held by the Data Controller.

1.2 Newsletter Subscription

Users who voluntarily subscribe to the website newsletter provide their email address. This data is used exclusively to send communications regarding acquisitions, exhibitions, and selected artworks by AD Fine Art.

The newsletter service is managed through Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA). Subscriber data are transferred to and stored on Mailchimp servers, including servers located outside the European Union. Such transfers are carried out in compliance with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Subscription is optional, and consent may be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email or by writing to info@adfineart.it.

1.3 Cookies
